Create Light in the Digital Space

  1. Post on Social Media

    • Share photos, videos, or written reflections using the hashtag #GhostlightProject.

    • Highlight how your organization or community is keeping its light on.

  2. Update Your Website

    • Dedicate a section to The Ghostlight Project.

    • Share stories or features that connect to the project’s theme.

Illuminate Physical Spaces

  1. Install Signage

    • Display Be a Light posters or custom messages of hope and justice in your space.

  2. Put a Ghostlight in Your Window

    • Symbolize your commitment to keeping the light on in your community.

Gather with Intention

  1. Host a Lighting Ceremony

    • Organize a gathering with speakers, artists, and community members.

    • Include performances, reflections, and collective affirmations of light and resilience.

  2. Collaborate on MLK Day Celebrations

    • Partner with local organizations to honor both the spirit of the Ghostlight Project on Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

    • Incorporate themes of social justice and community building.

Collaboration and Amplification

  • Reach out to local arts and cultural organizations to co-create events and share the labor.

  • Network with neighboring theaters and institutions to broaden your collective impact.
